OTHER FUNERAL RESOURCES.

There are so many decisions to be made during this difficult time, and whether there is one person or several members making those decisions, it is not an easy thing to do.  If you have specific wishes for how you would like your memorial service to go, I would strongly encourage you to make a file on your computer, or keep a binder or folder that contains as much information as possible.  If you know your loved ones are open to it, try to make the same suggestions to them, making sure they understand it's because you want to make sure their requests are taken care of.

If your loved one has passed, and you don't know what their wishes were, rely on best memories to provide as close to what you believe would suit them as you can.

I'm working on a packet that can cover the most basic to the most  extensive information for your loved ones, and will put it on here when it's completed.   Also, funeral homes are not only for after someone has passed.  Most directors have knowledgeable staff who would answer any questions you have... don't be afraid to contact someone to tap into their experience.
